The location is perfect and the ability to park on site was such a bonus for Ironbridge.
The staff were amazing - so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Drinks and food were great.
The cleanliness of the room itself could do with looking at.
The bedding and towels - can't fault those as these were clean and fresh.
A good thorough and in-depth clean of the room would be beneficial - lampshades (thick with dust), mugs for the tea were dirty, black bits from the windows were falling onto the bed when it was windy, floor of the bathroom wasn't too clean.
The bathroom could do with updating too - not easy to have a shower standing up as the connection didn't allow the hot water to travel upwards and there was nowhere to put the shower head!

The breakfast was lovely, and Tasha was very helpful
The toilet door wouldn't shut or lock, not nice when sharing, and needs sorting asap.
The bath wasn't clean, needs a proper scrub, and dirty under the rim of the loo. Window wouldn't shut, it wouldnt pull in to latch. Needs sorting immediately, especially as some frantic noise and ducks in the morning Cleaner🦆 forgot to leave tea bags in the room. Needs hoovering around the edges of the room, not just in the middle.
Noisy springs on beds, ok for singles but not sharers.
