It was outside of the urban part of town, it had rural views. The room was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking. Also, good water pressure and nice and hot.

Lovely breakfast and good selection of pastries etc.
Shower and bathroom was very nice and can see alot of effort has gone into making it nice...quiet location and close to Stratford a bonus.
A criticism I would make was that it was my wife's 50th birthday weekend, I asked for a bottle of fizz which was delivered to the room as requested on Sunday afternoon...no issues but the planned and arranged cake that the staff member would sort did not materialise....bit of a let down in that respect.
In addition the rooms are not cleaned unless requested.. We had room's 14 and our other room 12 did not have towels on arrival and despite asking they never arrived....thats my only negatives.

Nice quirky little place, rooms were large and warm, staff were great.
Shower dint work and checkout was at 10.

Closeness to friends and family we were visiting whilst down from. Yorkshire
WiFi didn't work in room
No water pressure in shower
Room above sounded like a heard of elephants and kept us awake
Nobody asked us at check out how was your stay told to put keys in box
Doesn't tell you it's only continental included anything else is extra
$$$$
