Location, room, staff.
Sink wouldn’t empty, reported and ‘fixed’ the next day. The day after, I had the same problem. Not a big issue but not something you expect of a Crowne Plaza.

Room was clean and even though we were on a main busy road the double glazing was amazing... Never heard a thing
Could have done with a few more sachets of coffee!

The supervisor called Manj was extremely helpful and dealt with our concerns with empathy and respect.
The furniture and fittings are very old and dated.
