We've stayed here before for over 2 weeks and had a much more pleasant stay on that occurrence. On this occurrence, the staff were not friendly, and we were unable to sleep comfortably. They pushed two twin beds together with no lock or mattress topper, so they literally rolled apart in the night. This is such an easy fix, and it really affected our stay. Additionally, the pillows were horrendous!! We ended up sleeping without any pillows because they were that uncomfortable. I don't recall any of these issues in our last stay, so it's unfortunate to see it going downhill.
