Loved the spaciousness and historical character of this unit. Backing onto a canal with a huge terrace was a definite perk. The kitchen was stocked with some staples and cookware. Proximity to the train station (5 min. walk) and not in the heart of tourist zone were appreciated. Owner/manager has exceptional communication on coordinating arrival and departure.
Three flights of stairs might be a challenge for some guests.

Everything. We went for the expeience of old Italy and this property checked all the boxes. Complete with a small balcony over looking a canal. Central to the Grand Canal and the ferries.

Great quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. Beautiful old building with lots of gondolas floating right by our windows - we loved it! Apartment was more than enough space for the 3 of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
If you love a very firm bed this place will be perfect for you!
