Die Lage und aussicht

Rezeption war nicht einfach zu finden und mit der Sprache gibt es bisschen Probleme

Die Lage war sehr gut. Parkplatz (gedeckt) reserviert und inbegriffen. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber., welcher sich noch an mich (als Kunde) erinnern konnte.

Dass man die Schlüssel "extern" abholen musste - ein Zusatzweg... Das ganze Interieur wirkt etwas veraltet - Bad mit Badewanne - Dusche entspricht eher heutigen Ansprüchen

it was well located. There was space for the car. We had good views. The balcony was quite exceptional. The mattresses were comfortable. We were on the second floor and there was a lift. The kitchen utensils were plenty. It was quiet at night.

We had a gas cooker, but they were no matches and no later. When I called the reception, they blamed us for not having a lighter or matches. However, I made it clear to the person of the Réception that they were responsible for providing something to light the gas cooker. Also, we had a problem with the Internet connection. It seemed that where we were the connection was poor. So we had to rely on our 4G Internet connection. When I called the reception to complain that tried to come up with some phoney justification regarding the thickness of the walls that prevent The signal from passing from one place to another.
