Super appartement avec un emplacement paradisiaque!
Grand jardin, grill et place de parc à disposition devant la maison et surtout, un pédalo à disposition! On a bien profité des canaux!
Les chambres sont grandes et confortables.
Le propriétaire est réactif et disponible, les échanges avec lui ont été très agréables.
Comme c’est un bien « privé », il y a pas mal d’affaires personnelles à l’étage inférieur et du coup, il manque de la place pour ranger nos propres affaires.
Par contre, au niveau supérieur (les chambres) c’était nickel.
Nous avons trouvé le prix un peu élevé en hors saison (mi-octobre) car les activités de la résidence sont limitées (piscine fermée, restaurant ouvert que le week-end). Par contre, il serait adapté pour un séjour estival!

Mooie locatie aan het water. Een echte plus zijn de kano en waterfiets. De kids van 14 en 16 waren er niet vanaf te slaan. Het huis is inderdaad verouderd, maar het alle voorzieningen en benodigdheden. Ook het gebruik van de gas bbq is een plus. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt!

Nice house. We loved the kayak and pedalo.
A bit far from shopping and restaurants. The bed is the second bedroom is quite narrow for two large Teenagers.
