Stayed just 1 night..Location ideal as we had an early flight.
We were particularly impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant. That was a lovely surprise!
We didn’t avail of breakfast but I’m sure it would have been good too.
Room was a little small but when only for 1 night it didn’t matter.
Bed very comfortable and air conditioned .
Staff were very pleasant and helpful when booking the taxi transfer service for us.

The hotel was very clean and room was a great size. The restaurant was incredible.
Our kettle didn't work which was frustrating whem we wanted a 4.30am coffee. The sofa bed for kids was noisy and uncomfortable and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor, it was only 1 night so no problem. Be aware of the location from airport. It is not walkable. Taxis ended up costing us €45 in total for a few mins drive. We used the hotel shuttle in the morning which was very convenient for an early flight.

The hotel is a highway hotel near Charleroi airport. They have got airport pick up service that costs us 25euros for 4 passengers. We stayed in two family rooms.
Rooms are big and spacious. Clean, cozy and comfortable rooms with a small kitchenette and fridge. There was heating in the room. Bathroom big and clean with towels and soap and shampoo dispensers. There was a kettle of water. There was a full length mirror in the room.
They have got restaurant onsite but it was closed during our stay. The bar was open. They have got parking space.
Reception persons were very friendly and nice to us. They responded quickly to our requests.
There isn’t much activity nearby, so we used public transport to go around.
To go to Brussels you need to take a bus that runs from Charleroi Airport, there’s a bus stop located just outside the hotel, the bus runs every hour and costs 6 euros per person and it takes almost 20 -25 minutes to leave you on a train station called Luttre. From there you can take a train that takes about half an hour to get to Brussels centre. It took us about one hour and quarter to reach Brussels.
The safe and the TV remote control didn’t work. We informed at the reception desk about it. They changed the safe but remote control couldn’t be replaced.
We never got any room slippers as mentioned in our booking.
The vanity mirror was absent in the bathroom.
There wasn’t any tea mugs or glasses in the room so we had to ask at the reception desk and they provided us some glasses.
