Staff was helpful. Asked reception to print something for me and they helped me without hesitation.
Bathrooms on the hallway. I knew it but still it's not great.
Also this is a transit hotel, I assume most people like me are using it for the airport, so people were noisy until late.

I liked the helpfull approach of the staff and being supportive and understanding ,
the receiption staff were outstanding people in terms of responsive and cooperation
they give me extra 1 hour time upon checking out time , and once i informed them about the needful cleaning of the bathroom they took immediate action
the location is perfect for those intend to travel via Charleroi Airport its almost 5/6 munities driving
its quite noisy being close to the airport so since its close to the airport we must expect new guests comers to the hotel at any time !
