Les chambres très grandes, l'équipement, l'emplacement à l'entrée de Parme, la demeure des années 60 restée à l'authentique et d'origine qui nous fait voyager dans une magnifique époque, d'un autre temps. Les propriétaires d'une grande serviabilité et gentillesse. Les gâteaux faits maison au petit déjeuner.

The owners are super friendly, they welcomed us warmly and shared a lot of details about the area and where to eat. In particular, they gave us the name of a very nice Trattoria nearby that we all loved. Also, they told us about a place they recommended to visit: Castello di Torrechiara. It's one of the most well preserved castles in the country! A stunner, a must go if in the area. Breakfast was plenty and everything else worked out, Highly recommend i Quercioli.
The bathrooms are little dated and it'd be nice to see some renovation there.

La struttura ha una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Parma o per visitare le zone circostanti se si viaggia in auto / moto. Inoltre è vicino al campus universitario, supermercato, cinema e locali sono a pochi minuti. Molto comoda anche per raggiungere il castello di Torrechiara, visita consigliata anche dagli Host, gentili a fornire informazioni.
La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernizzazione. Gli arredi sono un po’ datati e la camera, pure se spaziosa, aveva bisogno di arieggiare parecchio. Anche la colazione non è molto fornita.
