About this house rental
Bungalow 12o m2 area. Ideal for families with children and pets. A parkland 5ooo m2 surface, also for games and sports, golf tee. After the pool visit many opportunities for sunbathing and panoramic view of the wooded mountain landscape. Adventure trails to the river and the mountains, a paradise for big-city children.
The region offers a variety of interesting sights. Cultural cities such as Pisa, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Carrara marble quarries of Lerici, Rapallo and Portofino are relatively fast erreichbar..Entlang the coast of La Spezia (2o km) the Cinque Terre with enchanting built into the mountain slopes Kuestenorten with stunning beautiful bays. Nature lovers should not miss the Grotto del Vento, which is among the most beautiful caves in Italy. A paradise for the fashion-conscious women are the world famous Mercatos (Especially in Forte dei Marmi) where the most beautiful designer fashion available at rock bottom prices. In many villages folgloristische performances are offered.
Near the residential house separately reside the owners who care for them unobtrusive to pool maintenance, garden maintenance and irrigation. If they want to go away with yourself, we offer a free dog sitting.
The owners speak German, English and Italian.
For small purchases, there is a small shop in Villa. For large purchases has Aulla (8km.) Several supermarkets such as Lidl, Penny and Conad

Costanza e Dieter sono ospiti gentili, simpatici, disponibili, discreti ed attenti. Ci hanno ospitato nel loro bellissimo villino situato in uno splendido giardino-parco, in una zona fantastica dalla quale, in meno di un'ora si raggiungono svariate località, per chi ama il turismo culturale e il mare (Lerici è a 40 minuti scarsi).
La casa è uno scrigno, arredato riccamente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Un piacere fare colazione e cena al fresco del porticato!
Il giardino è un susseguirsi di piccoli meravigliosi angoli, culminante nella piscina (piccola ma adeguatissima per chi ha bambini), con tanto di baldacchino e doccia a bordo piscina!
È la soluzione ideale per chi ama pace e tranquillità, in cui ci sarebbe piaciuto restare di più.

In traumhafter Lage konnten wir den Alltag komplett hinter uns lassen. Eingerahmt von unberührter Natur haben wir mit unseren Kindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt, in dem es uns an nichts fehlte.

Dieses Objekt ist nur zu empfehlen. Es ist Top gepflegt und man hat auch wirklich alles was man sich nur wünscht. Absolut ruhige Lage mit einem sehr großem Garten und einem wunderschönem Haus. Super liebe Vermieter die bei jeder kleinen Frage einem sofort helfen. Sie haben sich rührend um unseren Hund gekümmert, als wir mal alleine am Abend weggehen wollten. TOP TOP TOP wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder ohne Frage......... Ein Traum wie er im Buche steht. So erholt waren wir nach einem Urlaub noch nie. Dieser Vermieter ist allen nur zum empfehlen.

Danke Dieter und Constanze, ihr habt es uns ermöglicht eine unvergessliche Woche zu haben.
Im eurem Haus haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Es hat an nichts gefällt .Auch die selbsgemachte Marmelade haben wir sehr gerne gegessen.
Für unsere Grillabende konnten wir alle Gemüsesorte und Kräuter dem Garten entnehmen. Danke euch auch für die zahlreichen Tipps für die Tagesausflüge. Wir waren restlos zufrieden und werden euch weiter empfehlen.
