The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. We had the warmest of welcomes after a long journey.
The hotel had a beautiful, calming scent throughout, similar to a light aromatherapy fragrance.
The room was spacious with a spectacular view.

The property was located in a beautiful area of Matera. The views were breathtaking. The hotel itself was perfectly maintained, clean and had the old world charm that can only be found in this ancient city. Truly remarkable.
