Staff were unfailingly friendly and efficient. Location is superb for Sea Point, Saunders and key beaches.

Staff exceptional. The Reception staff, Housekeeping etc. Nothing was a problem and extremely helpful . The Suites with balcony were comfortable, spacious and had everything you needed. Well situated for Restaurants and close to the Promenade. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would recommend.

The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good.
The shower is terrible; it was over a tub. The door is broken and does not close properly, the water took very long to get hot and then too it was not hot, rather luke warm. The pressure of the water is also very low. It was not cleaned properly with tiny hairs all over the walls and in the tub.
