The interior design of the hotel was really cool. Great amenities eg bike hire to get out and explore Malcesine. Emile was really helpful and all staff were really friendly throughout our stay. Great breakfast too!

The room was spacious and beautiful, and the hotel has a private access to the lake. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
It’s a bit far from the city center.

It was amazing thank you to the team there. They were super helpful and the room were spot on even especially compared to most around Lake garda!

Location, hotel and in general the staff and facilities. All lovely.
Our room was lovely but it faces a large wall therefore no scenic view at all and very dark. Had I have known at point of booking I would not have booked this hotel. We were advised a couple of weeks in advance of departure that the room did not have a lake view but not that it was facing a wall and in any case at that stage it was too late to book something else. Overall while a lovely hotel I felt hard done by with the room and felt the booking lacked transparency. The room was a real let down as a result and I did not feel value for money.
