Right next to the Central Station and next to a beautiful park AND next to the city center, the location could not be better. The beds are good. The rooms are quiet. The staff are friendly.
I have been coming here for years and unfortunately it is on a long slide down. I had one towel and no floormat. Cleaning was erratic. The entire place is untidy. They did something with the scrambled eggs maybe some instant stuff. Hard boiled eggs where the soft boiled ones should be. Then they accept groups 40 people storming in for breakfast with ONE coffee machine and, I timed it, a 20 minute wait. The place needs a manager with a firm hand but as it is, I will look elsewhere.

Location next to The Hague Central Station is excellent, close to city center, Parliament, Ministries (walking distance). Breakfast is varied and good, staff is courteous and professional.
The rooms are in themselves acceptable and perhaps in need of a bit of upgrading

Very convenient location in relation to public transport and the running event we were attending.
Great room, lovely view over the park, staff were lovely and breakfast was decent.
