Quiet house with large garden, private (closed with parking), located 900m from a sandy beach for relaxing, fishing, sailing and long walks on the coastal paths.
Various leisure available: marina and boating, angling and boat center Océanopolis in Brest, thalassotherapy in Roscoff, discover the Virgin Island and Ile de Batz, tasting pancakes and seafood.
Description of the house: kitchen equipped new / dining room with fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5 people, bedding renewed in 2013) and bathroom with toilet.
Oven and hob, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. New refrigerator.

40 kms approx. Roscoff (ferry to Great Britain and Ireland) and the Isle of Wight, 25 km approx. Brest (TVG station, cinemas, etc.) and Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
