About this house rental
Located 150m 2 white sand beaches and GR34, this pretty holiday house, completely renovated and furnished with refinement accommodates up to 10 people.
The 580m2 garden is enclosed with a barbecue, garden, sunbathing and garage.
The house includes:
On the ground floor :
- An equipped kitchen: dishwasher, cooker hood, ceramic cooking hobs, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, raclette ...
- A large living room with lounge area, internet
- A living room with TV
- WC
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer. (A shower is available in the garage, ideal for the beach returns).
Upstairs (sleeps 10):
- A room with a bed of 140 + built-in wardrobe
- A room with a bed of 130 + a trundle bed 90 (ie 4 beds)
- A room with a pullout bed 90 (or 2 beds) + closet
- A room with a bed of 140
- A WC with washbasin
We offer you many games: board games, books, coloring crayons, balloons, beach games, bicycles ... There is something for all ages, no need to clutter up the car, to the delight of families who come to our house.
The animals are not accepted and the house is non-smoking.

We spent two weeks in the lovely house of Patricia and David, and we loved it!
The house of perfect for a large family: it’s big, well furnished, comfortable, with everything you need for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. It’s also ideally located near two lovely beaches and everything is easy to reach.
There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning regarding bedsheets and towels, but Patricia and David solved the issue almost immediately. They are two lovely hosts and we recommend this house without reservations.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hell und freundlich und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Bad ist schick und gepflegt und die Betten bequem!

Charmantes, bretonisches Steinhaus, günstige, aber geschmackvolle Ikea-Einrichtung, tolle Lage mit Meeresnähe - tja, eigentlich wäre alles gut gewesen.
Leider bekamen wir - noch auf dem Heimweg - eine vorwurfsvolle Mail über einen angeblichen Farbschaden am Kaminofen, ein Vorwurf, der grotesker wirklich nicht hätte ausfallen können. Um langweilige Details einer albernen Geschichte auszusparen: die Vermieter bestanden auf vollständiger Übernahme von "Reparaturkosten", deren Bagatellhöhe von einem nervigen Rechtsstreit absehen liess. Das Ehepaar Bouchare, in Sachen Garantieansprüche gegenüber Kamin-Herstellern offensichtlich lustlos oder überfordert, scheint noch nicht recht im Land der Profis angekommen zu sein. Jedenfalls ziehen es die Vermieter wohl aus Komfortgründen vor, Kautionen von Feriengästen einzubehalten, die ohne Möglichkeit eigener Inaugenscheinnahme des Vorwurfs 1.500 km entfernt zu Hause nur noch den Kopf schütteln können.
Wertung: Für das wirklich gelungene, helle Haus gibt's 5 Sterne; das äußerst verärgernde Nachspiel schlägt mit Abwertung von einem "Stern" zu Buche, macht also einen Schnitt von 2,5 - wohlwollend aufgerundet 3 Sterne, mehr ist nicht drin. Kurzum: Hierhin werden wir auf jeden Fall NICHT wieder kommen. Irgendwie schade, aber für die Bretagne gibt es ja jede Menge Alternativen ...
