About this house rental
Welcome to Kéréval, quiet (dead end), in the countryside 3.5 km from the beaches between Douarnenez and the great national site of Pointe du Raz.
The Fanch cottage is located in a semi-detached longhouse with another cottage, the large common gardens for relaxation and play allow you to isolate yourself freely and are opposite those of the owner and not overlooked.
Ground floor: a living room, WC, bathroom, TV
Upstairs: a bedroom, a double bed / a bedroom with 2 single beds
Equipment: kitchen utensils: dishes, electric oven, microwave, etc.
Washing machine shared with the other gîte in an outdoor laundry room with iron and ironing board
Gardens for relaxation and play.
Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs
Animals accepted subject to cleanliness.

Within a radius of 5km you will find:
- Fine sandy beaches
- Audierne, seaside resort; its marine museum, its aquarium, its swimming pool, its indoor play room for children.
-Plouhinec, the small port of Porz-Poulhan (its terrace and its pancakes which are unanimous !!!), the archaeological walk: museum, cairn, covered alley.
-Pont-Croix, small town of character, its museum, its church
Within a radius of 20km:
-The peaks of Raz (large national site), Van, Millier.
-Douarnenez: the floating museum, the covered museum (port-Rhu), the Plomarc'h promenade, etc ...
-The Cap Sizun ornithological reserve and the wind house.
-Locronan: the city of weavers and the setting of several films (Tess)
Within a radius of 30km:
-Quimper, its cathedral and its old quarters.
Further, Concarneau, the port, the fortifications (ville-close)

-Walk: GR34 and the Goyen circuit (departure from the gîte)

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette si magnifique région de Bretagne : le Cap Sizun, à l'extrême pointe de la Cornouaille.
Paysages sublimes, des sites à couper le souffle, une infinité de promenades et de randonnées, sur le GR 34, entre autre.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par M. Rogel, amoureux de sa région, de ses traditions et de son histoire.
Il a toujours su nous être de très bons conseils.
Le gîte est à conseiller absolument : calme, propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque, position centrale pour une multitude d'activités.
Un grand merci, M. Rogel et à une autre fois, peut-être...

Eine sehr ruhige Anlage auf dem Lande. Zauberhafte Aussenanlage. Küche ist relativ neu und alles vorhanden. Leider negativ das Badezimmer und Toilette könnte renoviert werden. Das Bett im großen Zimmer ist ziemlich klein und die Matratze ist abgenutzt, ist allerdings nicht sehr teuer! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut!
