Duplex apartment completely renovated in 2003 with independent entrance in a house with garden in the center of the village near the sea (1Km) and all amenities within 5km.
Composed of a living room, two bedrooms and a large attic, this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
20 km south of Brest and 50 km from Quimper in a town in the harbor of Brest, this accommodation is an ideal starting point for visiting the department, from the Pays des Abers to the Crozon Peninsula, the Monts d 'Arrived at the Pointe du Raz, from Quimper to Pont Aven, all these destinations are accessible during the day.
The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a detached house divided into 2 apartments.
Access is by an independent entrance, it is composed as follows:
1st level:
Entrance,
living room with open kitchen (fridge-freezer, mixed stove, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker)
bathroom (bath), one bedroom (1 double bed)
upstairs :
a bedroom under crawling (1 double bed +1 single bed)

Location agréable pour une famille (nous avons 3 enfants). Il y a de la place pour chacun. Les espaces extérieurs permettent aux enfants de sortir en toute sécurité. Petite commune très calme donnant accès rapide à de nombreux lieux de ballades et plage. Parfait!

Cette maison est très bien située dan un petit village charmant à l’écart des lieux envahis par les touristes.A 15 minutes à pied de la mer, du GR et de petites plages tranquilles.Permet de découvrir le Finistère nord et sud en rayonnant aux alentours à moins d’une heure de voiture
Doualas à côté avec commerces et petit marché sympathique
Le restaurant de Lagonna ne paie pas de mine mais vous y mangerez les meilleures moules frites de la région (voire les meilleures moules frites tout court)
La maison est fonctionnelle même si la décoration est assez simple, la télévision un peu vieillotte…
Cuisine très bien équipée, possibilité de manger dans le jardin si le temps le permet.parking devant la maison.
Maryse a été très réactive quand nous avons eu besoin.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !
