a bedroom with double bed (160x200), a large living room of 30 m2 with a sitting area, two armchairs and a sofa bed (2 people), coffee table and French windows opening onto a balcony (sea view) with small garden table and two chairs.
a dining area, a large table and chairs. full kitchen, stove, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher .., intercom, electric shutters, tv. Sheets and towels not supplied, but can hire package.

The flat ist very nice, lovely furnished and with fully equipped kitchen. The owner has provided everything needed - washing machine, dishwasher, umbrellas and so on and also a lot of information booklets. There is an indoor parking space available. The old town of St. Malo is in walking distance, very close there are shops, restaurants and the market. Sitting on the balcony one can enjoy the breakfast and the amazing sunset. We enjoyed the time spent there!

J'y suis allée 3x c'est vous dire.... une petite anecdote... en été, en plein soleil, sortie de la douche, je me met au fourneau dans cette cuisine à l'américaine... obligée de mettre mes lunettes de soleil à 21h pour couper mes tomates... le soleil se couche en face.. un régal ! Etant une fan de photos, je m'en suis donnée à coeur-joie.. La nuit... pas un bruit... le matin, l'aube rosée... les goélands viennent vous réveiller en douceur.. le petit déjeuner sur la terrace face à la mer.. un bonheur ! les balades, le marché, les promenades à vélo.. Lorsqu'on revient, après une semaine, de la plage des Bas Sablons, on rentre chez soi relax, détendu, reposé... Dans cet appartement.. on se surprend à soupirer de bien-être... vivement l'été que j'y retourne !!!
