About this house rental
This lovely holiday home awaits you for a stay with family or friends. In a quiet and close to the beaches (80m), the house is surrounded by a garden of 650 sqm.
Completely renovated and fully equipped, the house offers 6 beds.
Ground floor: entrance hall, large open space with fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, pyrolysis oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and tumble-line), dining room, living room (TV large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo) with a stove to enjoy the winter evenings, terrace, a room with bed 140 cm.
On the floor, you discover, a mezzanine equipped with a table football, a room with a bed 160cm, a room with nice sea view with 2 beds 90cm, a bathroom with tub and shower from where you will benefit from a magnificent sea view also.
Garden furniture and BBQ are at your disposal. Likewise, 2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes are available as well as beach games.
For winter evenings or rainy days children's games are available as well as DVD.
Whether to enjoy the sun of Brittany, the show espoustouflant winter storms or Breton cuisine in every season, the house is ideal to discover or rediscover our beautiful region. Beach and hiking trails await you. The port and the first services are only 1.5 km away.
For each of the beds, duvets and pillows are available. The linen (sheets and terry towels) can be rented on request. Similarly, the provision of cleaning at end of stay can be requested at booking.
Please note that the house is rented for Saturday to Saturday for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Arrivals are from 17h and departure before 10h.
Rentals are only in whole weeks for the months of July and August.
Warning: We have a little cat that accompanies us on vacation. Although the house is the subject of the greatest care, it could cause an inconvenience to people with allergies wishing to stay in our house.
Tariff conditions: The estimate presented does not take into account the charges (water and electricity) that are to be paid at the exit of the premises according to the observed consumption.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und erwarteten uns bereits bretonisches Gebäck und Cidre!
Insgesamt haben wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 7 und 9 J) zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht.
Die Kinder haben sich sehr über das vorhandene Spielzeug gefreut, erste Lese-Versuche im französischen Asterix-Band unternommen und im Garten gespielt und auch ein Kicker-Match gehörte natürlich dazu!
Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts!
Vom Badezimmer und Kinderzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht.
Nach wenigen Schritten erreicht man bereits den Strand oder auch den Wanderweg. So konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.
Sehr schön ist ebenfalls der Strand „Plage des trois moutons“, der sehr weitläufig ist und aufgrund der geringen Steigung perfekt für Kinder zum Baden geeignet ist.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine großartige Zeit und werden sicher einmal zurückkommen!

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in dem sehr schönen und toll ausgestattenen Haus sehr genossen, das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger ;-)

Rien n'a manqué, maison très bien entretenu, tout est disponible pour passer une super séjour. Les enfants ont pu apprendre à faire du vélos. Les balades en bords de mer sont super. Je vous recommande la visite du phare St Mathieu et de l'île d'ouessant.
