Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 10 Min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof, absolut still; ein langer Plattenwohnblock durch Bäume verdeckt, schirmt die nur auf dem Stadtplan sichtbare parallele Hauptverkehrsstraße 100% ab; schräg gegenüber ein sehr guter lokaler Supermarkt; ein historisches Gebäude, das dies auch noch ausstrahlt; wir waren im ersten Stock, Zweiraumwohnung zum großen Garten und konnten auf einer der beiden Terrassen frühstücken mit Blick ins Grüne; die beiden Zimmer verbindet eine lange Galerie, mit Stuck, Wandmalereien und einer Fensterfront zum Garten, was den Eindruck einer viel größeren Wohnung erzeugt; Einrichtung und Ausstattung sehr gut zum historisch restaurierten Gebäude passend, das den Charme einer herrschaftlichen Gründerzeitvilla erhalten bzw. wiedergewonnen hat, so kann man sich nur wohlfühlen und abschalten.
Schwierig zu sagen, das Bad ist sehr schön, doch blenden die Lampen um den Spiegel über dem Waschbecken. Wenn man sie durch "Kopfspiegellampen" ersetzen würde, wäre es perfekt und die Spiegelkombination, gegenüber gibt es einen weiteren, käme noch mehr zu Geltung.

This apartment is truly beautiful - a 19th century villa, complete with marble-lined walls, a little winter garden, painted walls and ceilings, gilding...it's like being in a palace. The location is excellent; 15 minutes walk to Dresden Central Station, and 30 minutes from the beautiful Dresden Alltstadt. The villa is in a leafy suburb, and there is a very good supermarket across the road. It it spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc, that you are likely to need. Communication with the managing agent was quick and efficient, Check-in was very easy. Lovely, quiet and relaxed.
There was nothing that we did not like. The apartment and service was superb.

It was light and airy and there was lots of space. We enjoyed sitting outside on the large balcony.
