Przestronne pokoje, dobrze wyposzczona kuchnia, cisza i spokój ale blisko centrum i miejsce dobrze skomunikowane, tramwaj na następnej ulicy. Komfortowe parkowanie przy ulicy, dużo miejsc.

Trzecie piętro i bez windy, jednak trzeba trochę poruszać. Nie było tak wysoko.
