About this villa rental
Beautiful, comfortable, ground floor villa of 120m² with swimming pool on 800m² of enclosed land, in a quiet environment.
The house is located in the village of BLAUZAC, a beautiful medieval village typical of the Uzège region, 7 km from UZES.
She is made of :
- 1 large living / dining room of 33m² leading directly onto a 40m² terrace with bay window.
- 1 large kitchen of 22 m² leading directly onto the 40m² terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, an electric oven, a microwave, a hob, a coffee maker, a teapot and a grill. -bread.
In the adjoining utility room there is a washing machine.
- 3 rooms :
• A 19m² bedroom with private bathroom (shower + sink + WC) with a 160 bed, closet / wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• A 13 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a closet / wardrobe and a chest of drawers
• A 14 m² bedroom with 2 single beds, a cupboard / wardrobe and a wardrobe.
- An independent WC
- A bathroom with shower, bath, sink and WC
- A small upstairs bathroom with sink and shower

- St-QUENTIN LA POTERIE at 12Km, potters village with pottery museum
- COLLIAS at 12km or crosses the river "le gardon" for swimming or for canoe trips to the Pont du Gard.
- SANILHAC at 5km where you can take a magnificent walk to "la BAUME" protected site where the view is breathtaking overlooking the Gardon gorges.
- NIMES at 19km: visit of the square house and art square, arenas (shows or concerts possible), the fountain gardens, various museums and its beautiful city center.
- ANDUZE 40km or the little Cévennes train will take you to the BAMBOUSERAIE and to St Jean du Gard (magnificent market)
- AVIGNON at 40km: visit of the papal palace and its majestic square

Notre expérience chez M et Mme Landreau a été très bonne: la maison correspondait au descriptif, c est calme, le jardin est bien entretenu, nous avons eu tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien expliqué à l entree dans les lieux et restent disponibles et réactif. Je craignais juste que la piscine soit un peu trop petite et en fait non: c’était très bien pour 4 pr se rafraîchir. Bref je recommmande cette location. Encore Merci

À 10 min d’Uzès cette villa familiale est idéale pour un séjour en famille, tout est très fonctionnel et la piscine au sel est un vrai bonheur. Nous y retournerons avec Plaisir !
