2 room apartment of 50 square meters, with a large terrace and a private garden of 80 m2 closed in a luxury residence with swimming pool, tennis, petanque.
The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room, a bedroom with a large bed, a living room with two sofa beds, the apartment is very functional, bedroom and living room give separately on the terrace, the kitchen and the bathroom, the bathroom. bathroom has a rain shower a towel dryer and a toilet, the apartment has a second separate toilet with hand washing, the apartment has a storeroom with washing machine, garage in the basement .
The residence is ideally placed, there is a small supermarket located just next to the residence and a bakery, the apartment is less than a kilometer from the seaside, close to shops downtown and viel Antibes , 5 minutes walk from the train station, everything can be done on foot. There is a bus stop 50 meters from the residence which serves the city center, and also joins the cities of Cannes or Nice.

Great location right on the main bus route 200 from Cannes to Nice with stops all along the way for €1.50 a trip. Little supermarket just around corner and pizzeria and bar opposite that. Nice walk over the station bridge along the marina to beach. Only complaint is sheets and towels are not provided and having to carry them in luggage adds weight.
Apartment is as described and terrace has sunshine all day. Would have liked to be able to bring sun loungers to the pool but are not allowed so we didn’t use the pool as no where to lie except on the ground.
Overall had a really nice stay. Thank you Benjamin.

Appartement conforme aux photos se situant dans une belle résidence au calme, bien arborée avec piscine et tennis. L'appartement est spacieux et propre. Superbe et vaste terrasse pour se reposer ou profiter d'un bon apéro ! Un petit rafraichissement de la cuisine et de son mobilier et le 5 étoiles sera largement mérité !

Appartement très agréable, la terasse est appréciable pour les repas et spacieuse pour un bain de soleil au calme.
L'appartement est très bien équipé comme à la maison c'est un plus, le garage est fermé en souterrain.
Piscine résidentielle parfaite a mon goût et surtout très calme en septembre...
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et n hesiterons pas à recommander cet appartement.
