The house has a capacity of 8 guests but we welcome family of 2 and more
There are 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one single restroom (ground floor), a new kitchen, 2 living rooms, one Italian shower, one bathtub, a utility room, comfortable sofas, front and back terraces (facing the church), outdoor tables and chairs.
We provide kitchen supplies, bathroom towels and bedding sheets. To make sure you receive a five star experience, a Smart TV and Wifi are included.

Come discover our fully renovated holiday home in 2019, located in the heart of the Battle of Normandy. Located just 6 kilometers from Utah Beach, 30 minutes from the American Cemetery and Memorial Colleville-sur-Mer.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests but groups from 2 people are accepted!
The house is located in the center of Saint-Marie-du-Mont, which will give you access to restaurants, bakery, souvenir shop, church, in a few minutes.
At the level of the house (Just in front of the church), it includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet on the ground floor, a brand new kitchen team, a living room, shower Italian style, a laundry room, comfortable sofas, 2 outdoor courtyards (one facing the church and a privatized) will bring you 5-star comfort.
The supply of cooking utensils is included as well as bath towels and bedding.
A Wifi connection and a smart-TV will bring you maximum comfort.
The owner can happily help you organize / fine tune your itineraries, your transport so that you can better discover our beautiful region.
If French is not your first language, we can guide you in English and Dutch.
We have agreed that our house will make you have a wonderful holiday full of memories.

This is an excellent house. Clean, lot's of space, and nice BBQ :-)
The only dis-advantage where, specially by the kids, are the church bells. Some people might call them authentic, other people might call them lovely. My kids would use words as "to early, to loud." 7.00 o'clock is to early for them. However, they where still able to get out of bed late :-)
It is a nice place to stay, a nice authentic village with two bakeries in the neighborhood.

Just to note the house is in front of a church that rang bells but we didn’t mind one but it was beautiful

This house was our base for exploring the history behind WW2 as well as enjoying the outdoors in the region i.e. walking, cycling and kayaking. It was such a fabulous experience from start to finish. Eric very kindly met us on arrival, and showed us all around the very beautiful refurbished historical town house. There was so much room in the house, with a big kitchen, and a surprise bonus of an unstairs sitting room which our kids used as a play roo. During our stay. The house also has a utility room and a little small garage area which was very convenient for storing our bikes. The bakery around the corner has delicious food and the 2 restaurants in the village have great food. Be careful to book. Its a short drive to Utah beach where you can walk for miles, as well as visit all the world war 2 sites. Le Bar du 6 juin was also a highlight. The staff were very nice and it was a convenient shop also for basic groceries. We had a brilliant holiday!
