Welcome in la Maison rose!
Please do note that the rate on Homeaway website up to 4 persons consists of the Jersey option : our guests occupy the entire villa except the Guernsey suite on the last floor : all rooms, all bedrooms of the second floor (three bedrooms and a very small 'cabine' room), one bathroom, separate toilets.
Bedlinen and towels not included, charges and final cleaning included.
We can provide bedlinen and towels for 20€ per person. In both cases you have the exclusive occupancy of the villa.
---A real family home, bright and warm, in a calm and preserved environment, ideally located 300 meters from a beautiful sandy beach (Blue Flag), lined by the Gulf Stream and facing Jersey. Multiple activities within easy reach (sailing school, riding school, golf, yachting, etc.). The house is arranged in a “west coast” spirit, mixing all styles, actual, old, with both exotic and classic touch. It is arranged so that you feel immediately welcome, with many games, toys, DVD, a large flat screen (42'), Satellite channels, Netflix, available. Beautiful grand piano, many scores … for confirmed musicians !
The pool is heated between June 15 and September 15, and on request with an extra charge (between 200 and 280€ per week) end of May, beginning of June, and end of September.

Très sympathique séjour dans un site splendide, à découvrir, calme et reposant en cette saison, au sein d'une belle nature sauvage...
La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et confortable, entourée d'un jardin plein de charmes...Les soirées avec piano, cheminée et une belle collection de livres, CD et DVD s'écoulent agréablement ...

Nous avons passé 4 jours en mars dans cette location très confortable et très bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le panier d'accueil ainsi que l'attention portée par Mme REGAUD pour l'organisation du séjour et le jour de notre arrivée.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la région, et avons pu optimiser nos découvertes grâce aux informations laissées à la villa. Nos amis qui ne connaissaient par particulièrement la Manche sont tombés sous le charme de cet endroit. Nous reviendrons très certainement profiter de cette villa particulièrement bien située, très confortable, calme, aménagée avec beaucoup de gout.

Accueillis par des propriétaires souriants et attentionnés, plein de bons conseils, nous avons tout de suite adopté la Maison Rose comme une maison de famille où chacun a trouvé son espace (deux grands parents, quatre enfants et quatre petits enfants dont deux bébés). La maison est pleine de charme, dans un quartier calme et joli, près de la mer et idéalement située pour découvrir le Cotentin.Merci Anne et Nicolas.

Nous avons passé une semaine entre Noël et nouvel an à 3 couples, 3 bébés et 1 petite fille. La maison est IDÉALE : des chambres tout confort et bien isolées, des salles communes spacieuses et suréquipées pour passer du temps tous ensemble sans se marcher dessus, une cheminée fonctionnelle qui nous a permis d'être au chaud en hiver, le tout décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous n'avons hélas pas osé mettre les pieds dans la piscine...
Quand on a dit ça, on a expliqué 50% du bonheur de ce soir. L'autre moitié nous vient de Anne, l'hôte de cette maison. Agréable, attentionnée, bienveillante, accessible, elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit exceptionnel, depuis sa préparation (modalités d'arrivée, équipement...) jusqu'à son déroulé (conseils de visite, gestion des inattendus, ménage pendant le séjour...). Merci Anne !!
On espère revenir en été pour tester la piscine !
