About this apartment rental
2 hours from Paris. Villers sur mer is located between Deauville and Cabourg.
Apartment feet in the water - 3 rooms for 4 people - totally renovated in August 2017 - Very clean, bright and sunny - in a very pleasant setting, facing south west (ideal exposure), located in front of the sea, private garden of 2000 m2, supervised sandy beach, direct private access to the beach, 100 m from the casino and 150 meters from the shops.
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
Consists of a living room with sofa, coffee table, table + 4 chairs - flat screen TV, a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, mini oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, a dining room bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140) equipped with TV, wifi access throughout the apartment ideal for TV work and outside a garden with sun loungers, umbrella and bbq (wood and coals not provided) If children, do not forget outdoor games and bikes, you have a garden of 2000m2 of lawn for them. All charges are included in the price.
Reminder: In accordance with the regulations in force a so-called "tax stay" will be collected, in addition to the rental and paid to the town of Villers sur Mer.
Contract rental, 30% by check (down payment) on booking.
Balance on arrival.
An uncashed deposit check of 500 € will be requested at the handing over of the keys and inventory of fixtures and returned at the departure after inventory of the outgoing places without observations.

Common secure spaces located inside the property (closed gates).
ANIMALS :
Unfortunately our friends the animals are not accepted in the apartment.
VISITS:
Deauville -Trouville (7 km) - Honfleur - Normandy Bridge - Tancarville Bridge - Cabourg - Lisieux (Basilique) - Pont l'évêque. 30 minutes from the landing beaches, Memorial of Caen, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Cliffs of Etretat, etc ...
Arrival by train: Station Deauville-Trouville then take "green bus" to Villers (€ 2.20 the way). Bus stop at 100m. Car useless, everything is done on foot (shops, casino, market etc ....).

Un accueil parfait chaleureux et à l’écoute sur différentes questions concernant la région. je recommande cette location avec un jardin à disposition pour apprécier nos déjeuners et les dîners et à 10m de la mer. À refaire nous avons été enchantés de ce séjour

Maison très bien située à 2 pas de la plage de sable fin ; la location lumineuse, bien équipée se trouve dans un magnifique jardin. Et un bel accueil par des propriétaires très serviables et super sympathiques…..

Twee goede tweepersoonsbedden, nette badkamer, kleine woonkamer met kitchenette. Inclusief beddengoed en handdoeken, super schoon en met alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij hebben genoten van de gastvrijheid van de beheerders die hun vakantiewoning op de begane grond hebben. Weg oversteken en hup het strand op, of tien minuten lopen naar het gemoedelijke stadje. Veel fossielen gevonden, fantastisch!

tout était parfait, sauf malheureusement le temps qui nous a un peu plombé le séjour; mais comme c'était général sur toute la France, le locataire n''y était pour rien. La Normandie restera toujours un bel endroit agréable à visiter.
