Location is excellent for the area right in the middle of everything you could need.
The flat it self is spacious got all you need.
Well equipped kitchen
Great views from the living room windows

Unfortunately it’s let down by the other 2 flats within the building. It’s not very inviting from the outside and the lobby and stairs in the building need a good clean and a paint. But once you get into the flat it’s good but first impressions aren’t great.
Bathroom is old tired and needs remodeling.
The WiFi is absolutely dreadful may as well not have it.
Parking space is ok for a small hatch back not for a larger car or van.

Great location – just a short walk to the beach. Private parking at the back of the property. We appreciated the welcome treats like cookies, tea, and milk in the fridge. There were also plenty of board games for kids, which was a nice touch and made evenings more enjoyable.
There was a bad smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire apartment, which made it hard to relax or sleep. It was especially strong in the bathroom and even noticeable in the bedding. The shower didn’t work – only the bath was usable, which was disappointing for a family of four. We also found dirty dishes already set on the table, and bird droppings around the door leading to the outside parking area.

The apartment itself was clean tidy and very comfortable. The owners kindly left milk in the fridge and some packets of biscuits, dishwasher tablets, linen etc
The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, dishes and cookware. The equipment was easy to use.
Location was great as we wanted to use the bus to go to Sandringham and wells next the sea. The beach was very close as were various places to eat out.
Despite my initial reservations (see below)this apartment is a great place to stay
I know this is not necessarily within the owners control as there are tenants upstairs and downstairs but the rear entrance was not clean. (Lots of bird droppings) hopefully cleaned up since our stay.. We used the front door for the rest of our visit which was a lot better. L

Convenient to shops and amenities, comfy bed in the children's room with nice thick duvet and plump pillows, and warm. Welcome pack on arrival and milk in fridge was appreciated.
Didn't get the code for the keys until day before had to call owner. On arrival entrance hallway was filthy and covered with bags of plaster or cement all over the floor. Stairs to first floor very steep to carry luggage, bathroom smelt of mold and damp, main bedroom too many cushions, bed linen was stained and smelt didn't know if it had been cleaned, fluffy blankets on bed and on the sofa also smelt, cooker was absolutely filthy full of crumbs and grease, clearly hadn't been cleaned I had to scrub it out before it could be used. Neighbour above kept playing loud music, mold on lounge ceiling
