location was excellent as it was quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely accommodation very comfortable with everything you need supplied and plenty of room to spread out. Garden was a very good size for our dog.
Overall there wasn't anything we didn't like. One of the bedrooms with an on suite had a very high bed and mattress which made it not particularly great to use but there were only 3 of us so we had plenty of choice in bedrooms.

Beautiful house. Size of rooms, and lounge kitchen breakfast bar and dining table great for a group get together. Location to golden lion hotel, you get to see beautiful sunsets from here and there are cafes quite nearby. Quiet location. Everything that is needed was made available. Bedrooms are spacious and you wake up to the birds. I went out walking at 07.15 and it felt really safe. The area is clean and we loved Hunstanton and would return. White Horse gastro pub £8 in a taxi was fabulous food and choice
The garden was in need of a good mow/ weed and sweep out. it was a gorgeous weekend but we didn't use it because of this, which was a shame. One of the beds, room facing top of the stairs felt like the springs were going in the mattress and shower chrome in ensuite king bedroom was in need of a clean. Difficulty get questions answered i.e. parking, amenity pack etc. via sykes and the dreadful messaging back service and delays so frustrating, usually direct with owner is speedier. Didn't say there was a coffee machine on the description or would have planned for. Black out blinds would be welcome
