Everything we needed was at the property. The weather in Cromer was wet windy and cold but the house was toasty warm. Excellent location.

We were self catering. Working on a local festival for three days and it was perfect and great value for the cost.

Lovely space, with huge rooms and lots of seating. Perfect for large groups, having 2 sitting rooms was a godsend as the kids could have one and the grownups could relax. Great WiFi was appreciated by all, especially the teenagers! We took our tablets so we could watch our usual streaming services, the tvs had Freesat. It is quite old fashioned but we found that charming and it's in a perfect spot. Lovely wrap around garden, will definitely come again. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom would be perfect to bring our elderly parents next time too
Didn't receive instructions to get in on time from the agents but was sorted over the phone. Also the heating needed instructions! It was boiling,we managed to work it out, we were concerned it was costing the owners a small fortune!
There is a dishwasher but no tablets, just take some with you.
