A very well equipped cottage, a dream holiday home, well thought out, with appropriate furniture, art works and colour schemes. It was under 5 minutes' walk from the sandy beach at East Runton and a short drive to Sheringham and Cromer. The two pubs, fish & chip shop and church in the village were very convenient.
Some obvious things that were outside the owners' control, which we coped with very well:
a steep narrow staircase to the bedrooms,
only one toilet and bathroom,
a tricky reversing maneuver to access the parking,
the village shop had certainly seen better days.
