Close to lovely village and award winning restaurants. Lovely quiet spot and stream running through. Lovely walks on doorstep. Lovely homely cottage, small but enough. Very clean and provides all equipment and more that you might need.
Get rid of the dated living room table and it opens up the space available. No other complaints. Entrance a little hard to find but once you know, you know...

The beds were really comfortable and the cottage had all the things you would need.
Lovely to be able to sit outside at night and listen to the babbling of the river
Lovely walks along the river and surrounding area.
Parking. I have a MG and it's quite a big car. Trying to get it into the parking space was nearly impossible and having managed it twice I decided it wasn't worth the stress. I parked on the street across the river. Much to the annoyance of a local old boy who was enraged that I should park on his street. Talked to me like I couldn't understand English.

Lovely cottage, everything you need very homely, very welcoming with wine and milk on the fridge, nice little garden with parking great location and handy that it was the area where all the family we were visiting live.
The only downside to our stay was the main bed was absolutely awful, no springs left in it, sunk right in and rolled together, I got motion sickness from my partner moving about and a bad back, after a 9 hour drive at 6 months pregnant, this was an absolute let down 😔 a later check out time would have also been nicer considering the price we paid.
