Only a few minutes walk from the swimming beach of the popular Weissensee, in a quiet residential area, is this spacious apartment. It is located in a very nice and sunny location from which you have shortest paths in the beautiful nature such as biking, hiking, swimming and much more. Here you will find the joy of life in one of the most beautiful holiday and leisure regions that Germany has to offer. The apartment offers plenty of space for your individual holiday in beautiful surroundings. Turn off and join recovered in everyday life.
The house is located 10 minutes' walk from Lake Weissensee and is the ideal starting point for hiking and biking. Our spacious, approximately 84qm apartment is equipped with: 2 bedrooms (1 double beds, 1x2 bunk beds + 1 lower bed), cot, high chair; Shower, separate toilet; spacious kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster; spacious living room with cable TV, CD player, DVD player, Wi-Fi, telephone + fax; large balcony; Washing machine in the house; Bed linen and towels completely included. parking space 100m from the house.
The keys must be picked up at the Alpenland agency in Hopfen am See and returned at the end of the stay.
The guest agrees to hand over the property clean, to dispose of its waste and to avoid damage. The guest is liable for all his accompanying persons. For damage caused to the leased property, a deposit can be charged up to the amount of the expected repair costs. As a rule, a liability insurance comes up for it. Any damage incurred must be reported to the owner without delay.
Existing damages or defects are to be reported within 24 hours after taking over the property in order to be able to remedy this as soon as possible.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage in der Nähe von Weißensee ist super, alle anderen Highlights sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Stauraum. Super Blick vom Balkon. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre in der aktuellen Coronakrise wünschenswert.

We truly had a lovely stay at the apartment. The place was very clean and well equipped especially for families with kids (although there was no freezer which didnt bother us much). Thank you for the bowl of fruits! We enjoyed our downtime enjoying the view in the balcony and playing board games. A car is needed to go places, but Dirk had already mentioned that. I must apologize to Dirk and Karin for mistakenly leaving our keys and taking with us your apartment keys (and tourist cards) and for also stacking the bicycles in the garage (the garage was tight for our American mid-size SUV). Luckily, we were only an hour away and was able to return the keys. We were a bit concerned at first when we didnt see any air conditioning unit, but the windows have screens and we were able to leave the windows open and let the breeze in. We highly recommend this place!!
