The house and its location are simply indescribable. It definitely makes up for the long daily drive to and from Sperlonga. We were here for sport climbing and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view high above the town and the sea. The walks around the house were very relaxing. The house is very well equipped and with the new heating it is very comfortable even in winter. The only thing that would be desirable is a larger cooking pot for preparing meals for six people and the elimination of a small problem with the hot water production.
We would like to thank our extremely friendly hostess Luciana and know that we will definitely be back.

Wonderful Host. Luciana was extremely helpful. the home is located in a private gated subdivision, on a hill. It is completely equipped with dishes, utensils, dish, washer and a washing machine. has a private gate and a huge yard. At first the 6 km winding road from the town of Sperlonga to the house was a bit challenging but the view was spectacular. It was very good for my family of 7 due to privacy and able to rest away from the noise of the downtown. There is no air conditioning, so we had to leave doors and windows open day and night. Most nights there was a breeze due to the altidude, however windows and door screens would be recommended since there are moschitos and at times not pleasant.
