The location of this apartment was great. It was comfortable for 2 couples however even though it has 2 bathrooms, there is only one (separate) toilet. It is very close to Rue Montorgueil, which is full of food and restaurant options.
Some of the fittings were a bit tired and the washing machine needs some attention as it leaked a lot of water through the seal. (I think the owners are looking at this).

Location perfect, comfortable and access to property on arrival easy. Nice and warm too
On arrival we got in the lift and it stopped between floors. No phone signal, noone around. Got through to the emergency services eventually. We forced the doors open and a neighbour helped us out of the lift one by one. We were there an hour, it was hot and a very unpleasant start to our trip. It has happened a few times according to the neighbour.
I put a small wash on a quick cycle and the water flooded out of the machine door and flooded the bathroom. No mop, no floor drain so had to use a towel.

The location was perfect and in walking distance to main attractions
The apartment was very secure, clean and had everything we needed.
Hosts were nice enough and kept us updated via messages prior, during and after. We didn't need to spsak to them directly
The front door lock was a little tricky - but one of us had the nack to manage to get it.
The pillows were a little flat, but there was spare and they could be folded in half
