About this house rental
Located in the heart of a small hamlet on the heights of the famous village of Pont-Aven nicknamed the city of painters (2 km) and 10 km from the sandy beaches (Port-Manech, Raguènez, Kersidan, Trévignon etc…) , this charming house, south-west facing, will seduce you with its calm and authentic environment. With a surface area of around 100 square meters, this very bright house for 4 people, in excellent condition (completely renovated in 2012) is composed of:
on the ground floor, a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, nespresso machine) with a central island of 6 place settings, shed directly accessible from the house with freezer and washing machine, toilet.
on the first floor, a pretty bedroom (2 twin beds, new bedding) very bright opening onto the courtyard / garden, a landing with large cupboards, TV corner and a bathroom, including a shower and WC.
on the landing, a staircase leads to the 2nd floor which consists of a large bedroom in the attic, high ceiling, exposed beams, large closet, new 160 bed.
Outside, the house includes a courtyard of 80 m2 (possibility to park a car there, in addition to outdoor parking) and a garden (80m2 facing south-west) very well maintained with garden furniture and barbecue.
This house has the advantage of being quietly located in a small hamlet with a bakery-grocery store-café-tobacco 50 meters away, while being close to Pont Aven and its port, its numerous painting galleries, restaurants and crêperies (possibility of walking there in 20 min, through the Bois d'Amour whose light has inspired famous painters, like Paul Gaugin).
Excellent location for visiting South Finistère with its many ports (Doëlan, Merrien, Port du Bélon, Rosbras, Concarneau etc ...), Quimper and its historic center, or the Iles de Glénan and the Ile de Groix.
Cleaning is included. A person on site will welcome you and the household linen will be provided to you (cloths, sponge towels, cloths, beach cloths). We kindly ask you to let us know if you have an animal and not thank you for kindly smoking outside or in the shed.

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit einer persönlichen Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal um die Gegend zu erkunden. Schnell ist man in Pont Aven, in 30 Minuten ist man Concaneau, Quimper oder Lorient.

Von Anfang an haben wir einen traumhaften Urlaub genossen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief äußerst zuverlässig und angenehm. Das Ankommen in Vincents wunderschönem Haus war sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen unkompliziert! Wir fanden ein sehr hübsch und ansprechend gestaltetes Ferienhaus vor, das eine umfangreiche Ausstattung bietet (vor allem die Küche:)) - da wir gerne kochen (frischer Fisch und Meeresfrüchte sind überall dort zu bekommen) haben wir das, so wie die anderen Annehmlichkeiten, in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Bett ist bequem und hat gute Matratzen, so dass wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Auch sonst lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht: traumhafte Strände, an denen nicht viel los ist und man wirklich Ruhe hat, tolle Wanderwege, historische Städte, Museen, Märkte - es fehlt an nichts. Ein kleines Restaurant, das man zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreichen kann, bietet vorzügliche Gerichte an. Vincents Gastfreundschaft ist bemerkenswert: Wir fanden bei der Ankunft Gebäck und Cidre vor, wir fühlten uns sofort herzlich willkommen. Sogar zum Abschied überreichte uns unser Gastgeber noch ein Geschenk mit typisch bretonischen Spezialitäten! Wir werden wiederkommen :-)

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbraucht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allein der Empfang durch die Mutter von Vincent ist schon mehr als erwähnenswert. Wir wurden durch das ganze Haus geführt und alles wurde uns genau erklärt. Im Wohnzimmer standen frische Blumen, im Kühlschrank Wasser und Cidre. Es gab kleine Kuchen, Aprikosenkonfitüre und Schokolade - einfach unglaublich sympathisch.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.
Schön ist auch der kleine Garten, in dem wir gerne die Sonne genossen haben.
Ein Bäcker gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe, bei dem wir morgens Croissants und Baguette gekauft haben. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Pont-Aven. Mit dem Auto braucht man dorthin ein paar Minuten, zu Fuß gibt es einen schönen Weg durch den Wald und man braucht 15 - 20 Minuten dorthin.
Zum Strand muss man auf jeden Fall mit dem Auto fahren. Wir können Plage de Tahiti empfehlen. Der Strand ist sehr groß und auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt.
Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Le logement est en tous points conforme au descriptif fait sur le site, la maison est décorée avec goût et très propre. La chambre à coucher au dernier étage est particulièrement spacieuse et très agréable.
Nous avons eu droit à un véritable accueil à notre arrivée: tour détaillé du propriétaire permettant de se sentir rapidement "comme chez soi" mais aussi de délicates attentions (cidre, confiture et petits gâteaux faits maison) de la part de la charmante Maman du propriétaire.
Si le jardin n'est pas très grand, on y est absolument au calme, le chemin le longeant n'étant jamais emprunté.
Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit restaurant et la possibilité de chercher son pain à deux pas de la maison.
