About this house rental
Ideally located between Pont Aven, the City of Painters (2 kms), Concarneau and its closed city (12 kms) and the many beaches of Névez (9 kms) where all water activities are proposed, this charming house of the years 1960 renovated in 2005 is perfect for holidays with family or friends.
It can accommodate between 10 and 12 people with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor: kitchen (oven, microwave, hotplates + gas, fridge / freezer) open a large dining room, 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer, second refrigerator, 1 toilet and 1 walk-in shower.
1st floor: 1 large living room with flat screen TV + reading area / game room with bench / single bed, 1 large bedroom with double bed, 1 WC and 1 shower room with walk-in shower and hydromassage)
On the 2nd floor: 4 large bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 child bedroom with 2 beds and possibility of another 2 beds on the floor), 1 bathroom. An umbrella bed can also be provided at no extra cost.
Outside, a large terrace closed by a veranda that can accommodate 10/12 people for a meal, barbecue (charcoal) available.
The whole on a sported and closed garden of approximately 700m ² having a wooden hut for the smallest.
Possibility to park up to 3 cars on the property.
Cleaning fee 90 euros (mandatory).
Provision of sheets and towels optional (10 euros per bed and 2 euros / towel).
In season and during school holidays, weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday.

Très bon accueil par Marie-Claire d'une grande gentillesse. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, équipée d'une véranda très pratique correspond à l'annonce un atout sa proximité de Pont-Aven permet d'aller à pied facilement. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir.

Une très belle maison fonctionnelle
Petit bémol juste qu'il n y est pas de toilettes au dernier étage vu qu il y a beaucoup de chambres mais vraiment au top du top sinon !!!allez y les yeux fermés !!!!

Das Ferienhaus in der Umgebung von Pont Aven ist sehr groß und bietet genug Platz für eine große Familie.
Wir haben hier 2 Wochen mit 10 Personen (7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) verbracht. Das Haus ist dafür ausreichend groß. Sehr schön ist der Wintergarten, in dem wir jeden Tag (auch bei kälteren Temperaturen) draußen gegessen haben.
Das Haus hat einen großen, gepflegten Garten.
Leider liegt es an einer sehr viel befahrenen und lauten Straße. Zu Fuß kann man nur einen Bäcker erreichen. Für alles andere muss man das Auto nehmen und ein Stück fahren.
Vielen Dank an Marie Claire für den herzlichen Empfang und die nette Betreuung vor Ort.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gîtes spacieux et très bien situé, à 10' de plusieurs plages, des supermarchés et du village de Pont Aven. Une personne très serviable et très agréable pour nous accueillir.
A 5' à pied de l'Aven Park fortement recommandé avec des enfants !
