Very cosy, homely and clean. There was hot water which didn’t run out except for one night when the heater went out. But it was fixed very promptly once we informed the staff.
Service staff are all very friendly. The housecleaning lady even had a snowball fight with my kids! It truly felt like home away from home.
The Michelin star restaurant above our rooms was also a plus. We had dinner at the hotel almost every other day. The food is really good so definitely value for money. Must try the Testi Kebab!

Wonderful breakfast;spacious,comfortable and nicely decorated room; relaxing atmosphere; staff very friendly especially Riza who shared with us some very useful tips. We totally enjoyed our three night stay here.

We loved the generous spread of breakfast and SHAHIR was extremely considerate and accommodating
Room wasnt warm enough and the bathrooms werent very clean, shower wasnt very comfortable too
