Can't comment on staff because there was none. Big comfortable room with all facilities for self catering. Easy parking on site. Easy access to room with key in designated box. 8 minute walk to Vaals shops and restaurants. Bus stops at 4 minutes.
No problem for us, but without elevator it's less suitable for disabled guests or travellers with heavy or voluminous luggage. Guests in other room sitting outside on a warm summer evening were loud till very late.

Nice location for the Dutch Moutain trail
Everything was clean and ready to use (small kitchen)
Super noisy (you can really heat the person next door, as if she/he was next to you)
I had a blanquet for 1 person (even wondering if it was not for a child as it was very small and short) on a bed for 2… Really not comfortable or convenient!
