A place where you can worship the pleasure of the beauty and nature. All modern comforts in a structure immersed in the Tuscan countryside, not far from major cities.
The house still retains the authentic bell tower, the chapel with frescoes, wine cellar, a room for reading and listening to music. The apartment has an open area with a veranda where to dine, relax and sunbathe.
In the restaurants and local restaurants to taste the typical dishes of Tuscan olive oil and Tuscan wines, the famous white truffle, the Florentine steak, venison and game. Vineyard Castellina in Chianti, Radda, Gaiole in Chianti, Montalcino and Montepulciano.
A few kilometers you can reach Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Vinci and other resort features.
The owners are available for any needs or request.

One of a few holiday apartments sharing the swimming pool in a rural location with countryside views from both front and rear as an upper floor on a ridge. Nearest shop and restaurants at Gambasi Terme, some 10-15 mins drive away. Small fridge and no basic provisions, so be prepared to bring / purchase everything for self catering or plan to eat out.
Hosts Franco & Patrizia very hospitable and we communicated with our limited pigeon Italian & their English. Great base for exploring this area of Tuscany and a haven to return back to or simply stay put and relax.
One double in rear bedroom and two singles in front pushed together to make a double, each room with an en-suite shower room. Ideal for two couples or a family. One portable fan.
Apartment and swimming pools photos truely representative. No lift (as listed), but as only one flight of stairs not an issue.

We had a wonderful stay for 11 days at this fabulous apartment in Tuscany. The hosts Franco and Patrizia were so lovely and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, we had lovely fresh figs one day, and a truely wonderful evening in their wine cellar with them for wine tastings and amazing cake made by Patrizia, they made us feel so at home. Sehr liebe Vermieter, die einen mit einem selbstgebackenem toskanischen Kuchen begrüßen, der uns ausgezeichnet gemundet hat - auch der selbst gekelterte Wein.
Das gemütliche Borgo liegt mitten in den Crete Sinesi. Wer also die echte Toscana kennenlernen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!
Auf der Terasse, eingehüllt in den betörenden Duft des Jasmins, hat man ein wunderschönes Morgen- und Abendrot u. einen herrlichen Blick über die umliegenden Hügel.
Siena und Florenz liegen jeweils 1 h Autofahrt entfernt, San Gimignano in 20 km Entfernung, die alte Etruskerstadt Volterra in 32 km. In 7 km Entfernung lädt das rote Dorf Certaldo Alto zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein, wo sich auch ein kleiner Supermarkt findet. Einen größeren Coop gibt es in Castelfiorentino. Pisa und Lucca erreicht man in 1,5 h. Monteriggioni u. Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, San Miniato, Pistoia, Prato, Fiesole etc. sind alle per Auto erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht und toskanisch gemütlich.
Es kann noch so heiß sein, am Abend zieht eine feine Brise über die Landschaft, sodass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Im Haus ist es immer angenehm.

Un appartement de rêve, très bien placé au coeur de la
Toscane. Il est vraiment magnifique, avec une très belle vue, confortable, rien ne manque.
Franco et Patrizia sont des hôtes parfaits, très gentils et attentionnés.
C'est si bien que j'y retourne bientôt !
