About this apartment rental
OPEN IN APRIL 2019! 78 sqm apartment on the third floor, quiet, completely renovated and new. Consisting of two double bedrooms: one with an en suite bathroom and the other side by side. Living room with kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher and oven. A comfortable double sofa bed is available. The bathrooms are complete with shower, bidet, phone and WC.
I, Giosuè and my wife Katia are looking forward to meeting you and making your stay pleasant. We have put all our physical and mental efforts into renovating the apartment and making it beautiful and very comfortable for our guests. We have just started and we hope to soon become an added value for your "Roman holidays". Let us highlight that our area of the city is very close to the historic center and that, unlike the latter, it is more advantageous economically to make purchases and for the vast choice of shops.
Only 180 m. there is the metro line A "Colli Albani" 10 minutes from the Termini railway station, 15 minutes from Piazza di Spagna and the luxury shops of Via Condotti and 5 minutes from the Basilica of S. Giovanni.
We are also 350 meters from the Caffarella Park and the adjoining Appia Antica Regional Park, rich in ruins of Roman tombs and villas and the catacombs of S. Callisto. Here you can make beautiful walks on foot or by bicycle (hire fee from 9am to 7pm every day at the park entrance) immersed in the nature and history of Rome.
The holiday home is set in an urban context with food and clothing shops, two supermarkets, ample opportunity for a great meal or for a coffee / cappuccino in informal restaurants and bars, as well as pastry shops for gourmands who can taste the typical Roman sweets .
We are sure you will spend wonderful days in one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Rome!

This apartment is large, comfortable and well stocked. It is also very well located. The owner was rapidly accessible and polite at all times.

Now that I know how to contact the owner upon arrival, I think the property was as advertised except for the access to second bedroom. The amenities and condition of the unit is European much more than adequate. It’s location to public transportation and grocery stores and restaurants are great. I wish the bed was softer but overall I would use it again if I returned.
