I would’ve rated our stay higher if we weren’t so disappointed with our experience. I had received vague information that there may be construction on the property. For us to travel during a pandemic was a risk we were willing to take as we planned on having an area to spend time outside in per the website at booking. Two days before we were due to arrive, I received information with my check-in instructions that the hot tubs were closed due to COVID. Upon arrival, we discover the entire outdoor pool area under construction. This leaves the indoor pool our only option for entertainment. There were 3 hot tubs near the indoor pool, we wondered why there wasn’t more creativity with making them available. I would’ve been willing to wear a mask and limit my time spent in the hot tub with my spouse. Our condo was just what we wanted but we were bored!
