About this apartment rental
55-inch flat screen TV, Blu-Ray and surround sound! Scotsman Ice Machine! Stream your music! This spacious three bedroom two bathroom has neutral tones to create a soothing beach environment. The living room has ample seating with a sofa, loveseat and several chairs. There is a 55-inch Ultra flat-screen television mounted on the wall and a Blu-Ray/DVD player that also has wifi to access your Netflix and Vudu accounts and Pandora. The living room is also equipped with surround sound. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen has white appliances, granite countertops, and painted wood cabinets. Four wood stools sit at the breakfast bar, and the dining table seats six. The balcony provides a deep seating outdoor living space. The master bedroom has a soft natural look and boasts a king size bed along with a DVD player, and 50 inches flat screen television near the private balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has an extended vanity and a separate area with a bathtub/shower combinatio n. The s econd bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat screen television and DVD player. The second bathroom also has neutral walls and a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom offers two twin-sized beds with flat screen television and DVD player. The hall has two tables to conveniently drop your keys and bags on, but are also located close enough to the kitchen for extra storage. There is a Scotsman commercial ice maker in the laundry room producing gourmet ice for drinks and filling your ice chest without those annoying trips to the store! Please make our beach home your beach home for a while!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We really enjoyed our condo. A big perk was being able to park and unload easily right on our floor.
Don’t wait to read check out instructions like we did. We had to hand wash dry and put up a lot of dishes last minute bc they require them to all be put away.
The condo was clean and great.

It was beautiful and we had everything we needed! Drinking coffee on the balcony was my favorite. It’s right on the beach and everything was super comfy. Would recommend!

Except for the cleaning crew missing a few things it was a great stay! Beautiful place and beautiful beach. Everything was easily accessible. Loved it and would stay again!
