The Artist house is in a great neighborhood close to amazing restaurants. The apartment was very nice and well accommodated our party of 5 very comfortably. The complex is very lovely. Giuseppe kept us informed before and during our stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again

The property is in a area that allows someone to explore Rome without the need for transportation if able to walk 20.000 to 25.000 steps per day.

This was a fantastic apartment in a great location. There were plenty of fantastic local restaurants in the area. We had plenty of room for all four of us. Communication and ease of access was appreciated through out our stay. Thanks again for a great stay.

Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr zuverlässig, die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist ordentlich und sauber. Alles da, was man braucht.
Zwei Dinge schmälerten jedoch den Spaß an unserem Aufenthalt: zum ersten ist die Umgebung wirklich extrem laut (bis spät in die Nacht und weit mehr als „normaler“ Kneipenlärm), so dass es nicht möglich war, mit geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen. Wer darauf keinen Wert legt...alles gut.
Zum zweiten ist die Gegend (einige angrenzende Querstraßen) - wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Termini - gerade zu späterer Stunde ziemlich „ungemütlich“, da viele Obdachlose dort ihr Nachtquartier aufschlagen.
Alles in allem aber war unser Aufenthalt vollkommen okay.
