About this house rental
Enjoy a spacious retreat in one of Cleveland's best neighborhoods, Gordon Square. Close to the best shops, bars, and restaurants while being quiet & comfortable in a family friendly neighborhood. Walk to Edgewater Beach, or an easy 5 minute drive to downtown, Ohio City, & Tremont. Perfect for groups & families, we've designed this space with your enjoyment in mind.

This beautifully updated home is located close to everything Cleveland has to offer. The house has new bathrooms, chic furniture, bold feature walls, and modern amenities including a private backyard with firepit.
There are three bedrooms and two 1/2 bathrooms in the house, along with an extra sleeping nook and queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. The home can easily accommodate a large group of friends, couples, or families. Cozy organic cotton bedding welcomes you at the end of the day.
- Bedrooms -
The Main Bedroom is the largest and has a king bed with private attached en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower head.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for sleeping two.
Bedroom 3 has a king bed and lots of natural light from the windows, blinds, and curtains for privacy.
The upstairs sleeping nook has a large twin daybed and is perfect for kids or your extra family member or friend.
-Bathrooms -
All bathrooms have been fully updated with the two full baths having tiled floors, showers, and rain shower heads. The primary attached bath is a walk in shower with the tub located in the shared upstairs bathroom.
- Living Room -
The living room has two couches, one is a queen pull out sleeper with memory foam mattress and same high quality linens. The third half bath is located next to the living room in the entry.
55" HDTV with Netflix, Prime Video provided for easy streaming with fast Wifi.

- Kitchen -
The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook large family meals with all new appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils and multiple coffee makers. We provide whole bean coffee and a grinder.
Off of the kitchen is the back patio, private back yard with firepit, extra seating, and charcoal grill.
-Parking -
Our driveway can accommodate 3-4 cars with street parking available.
- Pets -
Two Pets max allowed, 1st pet fee is $125, 2nd pet fee is $75 per stay. Pets under 50lbs only.
- Neighborhood -
The neighborhood is family friendly, and you'll see many of our neighbors walking with their dogs and children. Gordon Square is a couple minute walk around the corner for bars, shops, and restaurants. There is also a church nearby that chimes every hour, which adds to the character of the neighborhood.
- Clinic Guests-
For guests who are getting treatment at The Cleveland Clinic, we are a 15 minute drive and do not have a downstairs bedroom but the living room sleeper sofa is comfortable and can be used for your family member.

College friends from over 50 years gathered in Cleveland for a mini-reunion. We chose this home due to the proximity to downtown, the Gordon Square neighborhood, and home size and amenities. Reviews were excellent, and we agree. The home was very clean, attractively furnished and decorated, and well equipped. It was more spacious than we expected. It’s on a lovely street, very convenient to W. 65th. Beds were very comfortable. Our stay was wonderful! We definitely recommend this home. The host checked in with us during our four-night stay, but we had no issues or reason to contact her.

This house and location is an absolute 5 star rating. If anyone is visiting Cleveland the place to rent is the Cleveland House. We wanted for nothing.

We loved this sweet Cleveland home! It was clean and comfy with a great vibe. Who doesn't want Frida on a giant wall? Gorgeous! The rooms were great, kitchen stocked with basics, washer and drier available, and easy to adjust ac or heat.
The neighborhood was lovely and not terribly far from The Rock Hall or ballfields. The cute chairs in the backyard were so inviting!
We would stay there again with no hesitation.

Booked for family to attend wedding of former neighbors. Description of property accurate. We had room to spread out and enjoy being together for the weekend.
Arrived after dark. Be aware that although the block of homes is ok in a gentrifying area, neighborhood is somewhat sketchy. Locals at wedding told us to be careful. We are from Chicago area so we know how to handle this situation. No decent stores in immediate area for groceries, etc., so plan accordingly.
Got charged $75 for a damaged set of queen sheets with no evidence of damage. Owners should at least send a photo of damage to justify charge. We strived to leave the property with little need for cleaning.
High charge for cleaning service even though we needed to strip beds, take out garbage, etc. as per house rules. Owners need to check cleaning crew. Lint covered baby pacifier found wedged between master bedroom matress and wall, and couch needs a good vacuuming between the couch cushions to remove debris.
Overall property was as described but nothing that deserves a high rating.
We would seek out another place for future stays.
