Upstairs, one bedroom offers a king bed paired with a twin, while the other provides a king bed alongside a chair that converts into a bed. In total, there are six beds with space for up to ten guests. A second full bathroom on the upper floor adds convenience for groups.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

🚫 No diving or jumping

🚫🥂 No glass in or near the hot tub
🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

Good central location for our weeklong stay in Cleveland. Separated bedrooms worked well for teens and parents. Teens enjoyed the basement game room. Prompt communication from owners.

Loved this house and it was great for our mixed group. It was a 15 minute drive from a couple great beach spots and parks, 5 minutes from food and restaurants, and the neighborhood was quiet and cozy. There was also a park kids could play in that was barely a 10 minute walk away. We loved staying here. The hot tub was great, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning units in the upstairs rooms helped us stay extra comfy.The two queen bedrooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom. The two king bedrooms are upstairs. One of them has an additional twin bed in it, but no bathroom access. The other has a large master bath with walk in shower. This was no problem for us, I simply share this so anyone planning on booking knows what the set up is.
