About this house rental

Cocoonr offers you this charming house to rent in Saint-Malo, just a stone's throw from the superb beach at Le Havre de Rothéneuf. The house is located in the heart of Rothéneuf, next to one of Saint-Malo's best bakeries. With a surface area of 80 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private courtyard. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

- A sitting area with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- Dining area with table and chairs

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

La Hune "really nice accommodation, beautiful house, nicely decorated, well equipped! The eared is super nice, the creperie is really good, the boulangerie next door is amazing and the restaurant at the end of the street was also good. The bar tabac not so much (unfriendly). Also a view nice beaches at a walking distance!!! The bakery next door is amazing, note that it is also quiet noisy (from 5 o'clock in the morning!) if you have your windows open. so only option is to close the windows."

La Hune "This was a super stay for the 2 nights with our family. I would highly recommend it. 🙂 This house is in a beautiful village. The lady who met us there was so friendly and helpful. The house was clean and very comfortable."
