Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Beleuchtung des Wohnraums ist etwas zu wenig. Ansonsten müssten Kleinteile wie z.B. die Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht werden, da sehr verkalkt.
