About this apartment rental
The cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in Sonthofen in the Berghofen district near the Grünten mountain. It is a residential area and suburban location. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (one-piece mattress 200x160) with closet and TV. The bathroom is equipped with a steam shower and whirlpool and there is a small window. The living room has a larger window, is with a wood-burning stove and a corner kitchen in the back of the room (a little darker; light over the work surface, ceiling lamp ... available). There is also a dining table (between the corner kitchen and living room. In the living area there is a 2-seater sofa, a wooden wall unit with a display case, television and music system. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed (190x140). Outside there is a terrace reserved for guests, directly at the house, with garden furniture (benches, table, wooden screen), parasol, grill. Privacy screen to the neighboring house and the street, wind protection made of glass. A parking space is available. There is also a shed for storing bicycles or skis. Just ask. A washing machine is available in the utility room for holiday laundry. Contact us.

wenn man sich nicht von Hühnern, Kühen oder Laufenten stören läßt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im ca. 2km entfernten Sonthofen. Ich persönlich würde allerdings nicht mit 3 Personen anreisen. Wir hatten einen ruhigen Hund dabei der sich gut mit den Hauskatzen vertragen hat. Tolle Aussicht von der Terasse auf den Mittag. Die Verwalter sind sehr aufmerksam und helfen bei kleinen Problemen. Tipp: Zum Sonnenuntergang zur Kirche hinaufgehen und das Panorama genießen. Hier stehen zwei gemütliche Bänke.

Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr hellhörig, allerdings hat mich dies nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man wie ich mit Hund unterwegs ist. In direkter Nähe sind Wiesen für die kurzen Runden und zum Wandern kommt man ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu den entsprechenden Zielen (z.b Oberstdorf).

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer Top Lage...toller Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen.
Leider waren die hygienischen Bedingungen der Ferienwohnungen schlecht,vor allem im Badezimmer.Dies wurde vom Vermieter zur Kenntnis genommen,aber diesbezüglich kein Entgegenkommen seinerseits. Wir hätten vom Vermieter eine Rückerstattung erwartet von 50€, das ist der Betrag für die Entreinigung
